Mind-Body Medicine focuses on the dynamic relationships among the brain, mind, body, and behavior, and how they influence and effect health and disease. Mind-body approaches include such practices like biofeedback, mindfulness training, meditation, breathwork, yoga, guided imagery, hypnosis, progressive relaxation, and cognitive reframing.

Biofeedback is a safe, noninvasive method to teach you how to regulate the function of your mind and body, such as muscle tension and heart rate. Sensors connected to your body provide you with information in real time about how your body is functioning. With this feedback you learn to make subtle adjustments that create new psycho-physiological states and lead to such changes as better sleep, pain reduction, blood pressure regulation, improved mood, and increased focus and concentration.

Life Coaching comes in many forms, but the emphasis is on helping you identify your personal vision statement for your life and then move in that direction.
